* This Agreement is intended to provide oil change services over the typical life of ownership of a vehicle, being 10 years. For the purposes of this Agreement, term “Lifetime” and “Oil Changes for Life” are defined as a term of ten (10) from the date of purchase. To avoid any ambiguity, the Agreement becomes effective on the Purchase Date ("Effective Date") of the Vehicle and shall expire at the end of the ten (10) years from date of purchase or when all services have been used, whichever comes first.
