Having researched Nissan Dealerships in the Austin area. CAVENDERS stood out above the rest. Roy Gonzalez our salesman was hassle free. We test drove a new frontier and bought one undriven by us the following week, the color we wanted. The transaction was painless and Roy answered all our questions. Negotiated via email, settled on a price and it was done. Maybe 2 hours pain-free time spent. I highly recommend Cavender Nissan and Roy G. It was worth the drive from Bastrop. Only problem when signed p/w no mention of extended warranty, 1 day later they offered it at cost and finance manager was supposed to call and finalize this offer. 1 month later and no call as of yet. Only disappointing factor.

This dealership took my car in from the "big fancy" Nissan dealership in New Braunfels. Nissan NB employees were rude, ignorant of the processes they have in place, and just straight up not helpful...for two whole months. I had my car towed from NB to this San Marcos dealership, and got what I was looking for in LESS THAN 48 HOURS!!! Something Nissan NB didn't seem to care about for 1,440+ hours. If you're having any issues with "Champion Nissan" don't even waste your time...just bring your car here instead.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had in buying a new Nissan Rogue for our fresh TXST graduate. The online advertised price was EXACTLY the price we paid. (We've had terrible prior experiences with other dealerships tacking on thousands of dollars in surprise mandatory fees when it came time to sign papers. The opposite was true here! Pricing was transparent and straight-forward.) Bryan was super responsive, honest and kind in his treatment of our daughter when she came in to test drive. Jay in financing was so reasonable and easy to work with. He got us a fantastic finance rate with a credit union local to us and I was able to sign everything electronically - It was incredibly easy and low stress.
